I just wanted to pass this along. It's a new report on just how poor the surface temperature record is for telling us with any reliability what the climate is and was doing with respect to temperature increases.
No report is ever the final word, nor is science ever settled. This report is just another thing to chew on as you form or reform your opinions on AGW.
