Not a Bad Weekend

Not much to update about today, but it was fairly pleasant. Did a little reading, cut the grass, cleaned up a few things around the house and in the garage. I don't really know where the day went. Dorothy did work today again, typing with her cold. We took a nap together on the couch before she started working--that was pleasant. We should do it more often.

The change in routine on the weekend to mirror my routine during the week worked out quite well. But once the Concerta wears off, I just fritter time away. I still feel alert, and my brain doesn't go fuzzy--but I sure find it easy to waste time on FB or the Internet in general. I hope I'm able to spend more time writing during the winter when there are fewer outdoors things to catch up on.

One thing that really pleases me, and I've alluded to this before, is that when Sunday night comes, I don't mind that the next day I'll be going back to work. I haven't disliked work in a long time, but like most people I never was one to be anxious for the weekend to be over with. Now I'm sort of neutral with it, if that makes any sense.

I hope everyone has a good work week!
