Been kind of a long week for me. Can't say anything bad happened to me, although it did to one friend who is now home and recovering. It just seemed to drag at times.
Last night I took my son to his skating party, and I sat at a table with my laptop and actually wrote. I think the Concerta had worn off by then, but I don't know. Anyway, I was able to tune out the skating party in the very loud environment and the time just sailed by as I typed.
I also spoke on the phone last night to one of my best friends whom I hadn't spoken to in six or seven months I think. He always has something extremely interesting to tell me about, and last night was no different. I wish I could tell you all about it, but I can't. But the conversation made me happy.
Tonight I hope to do little more than just work on my Facebook apps, read, and watch TV. I've got plenty of household chores to get to if the weather allows on Saturday and Sunday. Speaking of TV, I watched the "Jim and Pam get married finally" episode of The Office last night with my family. It was funny! I always fear that the long awaited episode of any show will ultimately disappoint, but this one did not.
